HIPS - Update

With effect from 21 May 2010 the requirement to commission a Home Information Pack (HIP) before marketing your property has been suspended.

There is still however a requirement to commission an Energy Performance Certificate.

I would like to reassure you that HIPS ASSURED continues to operate in this market in association with its sister company Gateway.
