Since 14th December 2007 a Home Information Pack has been required on all residential properties marketed for sale.
Since April 2009 changes to the First Day Marketing rules have been introduced. A vendor or agent cannot proceed with marketing a property without having first received back:
- The Evidence of Title
- The Sales Statement
- The Energy Performance Certificate, and...
- The Property Information Questionnaire
Currently, the EPC graphs must be incorporated into written particulars when the agent receives the completed EPC. There is no prescription as to how large they must be or where they must appear on the particulars.
